| (1) Broad Range of Discretionary Administration | - Layer after layer of administration's inclination toward symptomatic measures of changes/additions/administrative orders, etc. have made the legislation even more complex. To crown it all, the currency administration's inclination toward 'discretionary administration' has added further complexity to the legislative scheme. It has become difficult to determine if the governmental approval is necessary, when licences and approvals can be obtained, if at all they are obtainable, etc. | - It is requested that GOA streamlines the legislative scheme and acquisition procedures. | |
